GM Transmission Class Action
A class action lawsuit was recently filed about General Motors vehicles having shaking, jerking while shifting, shifting hard, clunks and hesitations issues because of their defective transmissions. The vehicles included in the class action include Cadillac Escalade, Cadillac ATS, Cadillac CTS, Chevrolet Silverado, Chevrolet Colorado, Chevrolet Corvette, Chevrolet Camaro, GMC Sierra, GMC Yukon and GMC Canyon models from 2015 to 2019. The GM lawsuit alleges that GM has known about the transmission issue since 2015, warning dealerships about related custom complaints. The GM transmission lawsuit was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan v. General Motors.
