The Next Big AI Solution

How often have potential deals slipped through the cracks because you were too busy juggling other tasks? I’m sure you know what I’m talking about… You’re in the middle of a crucial Zoom meeting with a client, and then — *ding* —a call comes through that you can’t immediately answer. Fast forward 20 minutes and the meeting ends. You check your phone, and it was a potential lead. Now the lead is gone, and so is the potential revenue since they went with someone else. Frustrating, right? ACTUAL STATISTIC: Entrepreneurs who respond to potential customer calls, texts, or emails within 3 minutes are 100x more likely to win their business. Yet, so many Entrepreneurs still lose valuable leads simply because they or their team can’t pick up the phone before it goes to voicemail. The result? Missed opportunities, decreased revenue, and increased stress. And here’s the challenge: You and I became business owners to help people, and make good money… not to play phone tag. So, what are we supp...

Would you take an easy $1 million, or a penny that doubles everyday for a month?

Image
If I offered you a million dollars today or a penny that doubles every day for a month, which would you choose? While the allure of a quick and easy $1 million might seem irresistible, the magic of compounding—The penny approach—Surpasses it by the end of the month. By the end of 30 days, that single penny would have turned into over $10 MILLION. This illustrates a powerful principle in wealth creation: True wealth is built gradually— not overnight. Proverbs sums this up beautifully: “Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it.” —Proverbs 13:11 In our culture of instant gratification, it’s easy to fall for the temptation of 'get rich quick' schemes. We hear stories all the time about lucky lottery winners, crypto traders making a killing, or startups that explode overnight. Over time, these stories capture our imagination and fuel the belief that maybe wealth can come with the snap of a finger. The reality, though? These ‘get-r...

Are you tired of feeling like there's never enough

Feeling like there’s never enough? It’s time to shift from scarcity to abundance. The power of mindset can’t be overstated—those with an abundance mindset achieve more overall success, according to a Stanford study. Thriving entrepreneurs see every challenge as an opportunity and believe success is within reach. Here are 5 ways to cultivate an abundance mindset: Focus on Solutions, Not Problems: Instead of dwelling on obstacles, direct your energy towards finding solutions. This proactive approach opens up new possibilities and pathways to success. Celebrate Others’ Successes: Jealousy blocks progress. By celebrating the achievements of others, you open yourself up to inspiration and new opportunities. Remember, someone else’s success doesn’t diminish your own potential. Practice Gratitude: Acknowledge the abundance already present in your life. Regularly reflecting on what you’re grateful for shifts your perspective and attracts more positive experiences. Embrace Collaboration: Teamwo...

Focusing on Serving instead of Doing

Hey fellow entrepreneurs! Ever feel like you’re always in go-go-go mode? After 35 years of non-stop hustle, I’m here to share some insights that might just change your perspective. At 55, I’m reflecting on what I missed and what I don’t want to miss moving forward. The key? Shift your focus from just doing to truly serving. Attracting More Clients, Revenue, & Success

Image
Ever noticed how positive people tend to attract good fortune, opportunities, and similarly upbeat individuals into their lives… While negative people seem to constantly encounter setbacks, challenges, and pessimism? It’s almost like we’re walking magnets. 🧲 What we focus on, the energy we exude— Positive or negative —Acts as a beacon, attracting similar energies and outcomes into our lives. If you're charged with positivity, you draw in positive experiences and opportunities (and vice versa). This concept isn't new. In fact, it's deeply rooted in history and wisdom. You’ll see what I mean in the following biblical story of Caleb and Joshua. 👇 Moses sent twelve spies to scout the land of Canaan (now known as Israel), which G-d had promised to the Israelites. Upon their return, ten of the spies reported that the land, while fertile, was inhabited by giants and would be “impossible” to conquer. This caused the Israelite community to panic and lose faith in G-d's ...

Rule of 7 for Successful Marketing: Do this and it will be HARD to fail…

Image
How many times have you found yourself singing along to the infamous "800-588-2300 EMPIRE!" jingle whenever it comes on TV? …Or what about the classic 1-877-KARS-4-KIDS commercial that gets stuck in your head for hours? (My son used to get mad every time I sang this one :D) Truth is, companies like these don’t just “randomly” come up with super catchy jingles that get ingrained in your brain. Their marketing teams scripted them with a purpose, implementing a strategy called ‘The Rule of Seven’, which states that a potential customer needs to see or hear your marketing message at least seven times before they make a purchase decision. Think about it… The first time you heard the 🎶 "Liberty Liberty Liberty… Liberty" 🎶 c ommercial by Liberty Mutual, you probably thought nothing of it. The second time? Maybe it caught a bit of your attention. However, by the third time, you found yourself inadvertently humming along. And after the seventh exposure? You...

The Enemy of Done

Image
We’re often called the big picture thinkers…  the innovators…  the ideators … the visionaries… One of the big things that quickly deflate our excitement after we bring new ideas to our teams to implement is the speed at which they are implemented. I’ll admit it… I was completely unrealistic in my expectations as far as the  time and energy  it took to get projects from concept to completion.  It was only until my project manager got on a video call with me and showed me exactly all the steps and moving parts involved in getting just one of these projects tasked, implemented, tested and then launched.   BTW: Highly suggest you do this at some point with your project manager. Not only is it a huge eye-opening experience… You’ll gain a clearer understanding of what it  really  takes to get a project off the ground.  Knowing this information will give you a better insight when it comes to establishing project priority levels with your team.  You’ll walk away with a deeper appreciation for ...
